Effective July 14, 2026
The App Store version is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that agreement and govern the website and beta distribution.
You may use Midnight SSH only with systems and data you are authorized to access. You are responsible for reviewing commands, configuration changes, file operations, database queries, automation, and AI-assisted actions before approval. Keep independent backups and test changes appropriately.
Pre-release builds may contain defects, change without notice, or lose local data. Do not rely on beta builds as the only means of accessing production infrastructure.
Prices and included features are shown by Apple before purchase. The mobile lifetime purchase restores on iPhone and iPad and does not unlock the separately distributed Mac build. It applies to the product version and features described at purchase; it does not promise every future service or externally funded capability. Apple handles billing, refunds, and transaction processing under its terms.
Midnight SSH is a client tool. It does not monitor systems while closed, guarantee server availability, administer your infrastructure for you, or replace security review, backups, or incident-response procedures.
Features may interoperate with Apple services, GitHub, ipwho.is, cloud providers, and servers you configure. Their terms and availability are outside Midnight SSH's control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profit, or infrastructure downtime arising from use of the software. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
You may stop using the app at any time. Access may be limited where required by law or to address abuse. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
